Smack Bang uses NZ Couriers for all our shipping within New Zealand. All our shipments do not require a signature and are tracked from pick up to delivery - an address where someone will be there is best. If you would like the signature option added, please add an order note, contact us at hello@smackbang.co.nz or via our online form following your purchase.

With the exception of cookies, bakery items are unable to be shipped and must be picked up or arranged by local delivery. All our products are packaged carefully to minimise any damage or issues during transport. From time to time, we stock delicate pet treats and food. Whilst we package with care, due to the nature of the item we cannot guarantee its safe delivery. By purchasing these items off “Smack Bang”, you acknowledge this.

Shipping Rates: 

Whilst there is currently no physical store, we offer a free “Drop Off” within certain suburbs in Wellington. These are currently Hataitai, Kilbirnie, Rongotai, Lyall Bay, Miramar, Maupuia, Strathmore, Seatoun, Karaka Bay and Breaker Bay. Suburbs are subject to change without notice.

Wellington Flat Rate - $8 

North Island and under $100 – Options depending on location at $10 to $16 (please note if rural shipping is not selected and your address is rural, we will send you an invoice for the $6 which must be paid immediately prior to shipping your order).

Within NZ and $100 and over - $0 Free*

Australia Flat Rate - $30NZD. Please note, we cannot ship any food or supplement products at this time. If you purchase in error, we will refund you asap.

*Free shipping amount is after any discount code is applied.

If the incorrect shipping option is selected, we will send you an invoice for the difference. This must be paid prior to shipping out your order.

We currently do not ship further than Australia, however if you live internationally and just can't resist our products, please email us at hello@smackbang.co.nz and we can sort something out. 

Shipping Timeframes:

NZ: We ship parcels Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 business days and NZ Couriers do their best to get our products to you as fast as they can. Please allow 1 to 3 working days and a little extra time if you are a rural address (up to 5 days). 

Australia: We ship parcels Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch your order within 2 to 3 business days. Please allow 5 to 13 working days. If you would like to request faster shipping, please email us at hello@smackbang.co.nz.

If we anticipate any further delays from us to your shipment, we will communicate this to you as soon as possible.
