Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel our subscriptions.

 
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription items, quantities, duration and frequency that you choose yourself. These are currently weekly, fortnightly, monthly or two monthly. Need another one? Please let us know.

Currently all deli and selected treats are eligible for subscription. If we don't stock what you'd like, please let us know. We may get you to help sample brands as we go along!

We currently offer one off bundle deli packs which offer you a discount for a one-off bundle purchase. You can still purchase these and any of our subscription items as a one-off purchase.

Your payment details will be stored securely, and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on the same day you purchased the subscription at the frequency you chose. For example, if you chose a fortnightly subscription on a Tuesday, your next subscription charge will occur in a fortnight's time on a Tuesday.

For the first three months, you'll unlock the initial discount, with some items giving you the highest available discount after three months. If you want to pause, cancel or change your subscription (items, quantities etc.), you can do so at any time from the customer portal. Your order confirmation emails have links to your order, and you can manage your subscription from there. Otherwise, you will see your subscriptions listed and can access the customer portal when you log into your customer account with us.

If we deem that you are misusing our subscriptions in any way, we reserve the right to refuse you access to our subscriptions or our store entirely.

Emails about our subscriptions come from a no-reply Seal Subscriptions email address. Please check your junk mail if you have not received an email within 10 mins. Please ensure your email address is correct.

Subscription Shipping

Subscription shipping is the same as our normal shipping except for the FREE delivery spend threshold.

Wellington Flat Rate - $8 

Rest of NZ and under $100 – Options depending on location at $10 to $16 (please note if rural shipping is not selected and your address is rural; we will send you an invoice for the $6 which must be paid immediately prior to shipping your order).

FREE delivery is based on location, and your order amount which must be at the same frequency, for example a recurring $60 per month spend for Wellington FREE delivery.

Wellington - orders $60 and over = FREE shipping (frequency chosen must be the same).

Rest of NZ - orders $70 and over = FREE shipping (frequency chosen must be the same).
