IMPORTANT! PLEASE NOTE:

• Custom cookies are dispatched/ready for collection on Wednesdays and Saturdays. We require minimum 4 weekdays notice prior to the dispatch/collection day. If you would like to pre-order your bones for a future date please leave us a note at the checkout. Pick up orders will be notified by email when the order is ready 
• While we do our best to ensure your treats are carefully packed, we cannot guarantee that some bones may not break in transit and will not be refunded or replaced (but they’ll still taste great)!
• Custom text is max 10 characters including spacing. We will contact you in the event your chosen text is too large to fit. Letters are capitalised
• We are not held responsible for spelling errors made by the customer at time of ordering. Please double check you have entered the correct spelling before adding to cart
• Our cookies are best eaten fresh but can last up to 10 days from baking if stored cool in an air tight container. Refrigerate to prolong life (alternatively they freeze really well)
• If you purchase other items at the same time then they will be dispatched together. If you would like your other items shipped immediately please complete a separate checkout (please note this will incur additional delivery charges)
